Bulk Entries

 

The Bulk Entries application allows you to capture a standard amount of time for a range of employees in cases where training, meetings or socials were held.

Call Option:

You can either create the same call for multiple employees or create a timesheet entry for multiple employees.

Client:

Select the relevant client or can select own company if it is for internal activities.

 

Job Type:

Various job types will be available for selection.

Duration in Hrs:

This is a compulsory field and will indicate the duration of the task.

 

Date:

Select the date on which the task took place.

 

Client Call No:

This is only applicable when the task relates to a specific client call.

 

Call Description:

This is a compulsory field to describe the action taken for this call.

 

Next, select the employees for whom the call/timesheet entry should be created by ticking the boxes next to the employees.  The search field can also be used to find the relevant employee.
